I had called around and did a Google search for a dry cleaner because Capitol was out of business in Hamilton. So I found this place and decided to call and see how long it would take for a dry cleaning to be done( I had never gone to a dry cleaner ) on 2 pair of dress slacks. I was in need of them for Easter which was 3 days away. The young man I happened to speak with stated the price and that it would take 1 day. I decided to use this business because it was close to home and convenient. The parking arrangements are ridiculous and you can't get out with the traffic. When you walk in you feel like there's going to get bed bugs from using their unclean building. I looked past all of this..thinking...everybody deserves a chance. Especially the ""small guy"". I walk in to drop off the slacks and the lady at the front desk was very polite and greeting when I walked through the front door. She seemed very friendly. She filled out the paperwork and said when do you plan on picking them up and I said asap; Maybe sometime tomorrow. She said how's Tuesday sound? And I said OH. thats not going to work. I needed these pants by Easter. She ripped the order and threw it away immediately. And said OH. well were finished and pushed my clothes towards me and started speaking with the man behind me. I ususally dont write reports, good or bad, on anybody. But this place is just ridiculous. Now I have to find another dry cleaner last minute. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY!!!!!
