Love this place. While most of their menu is non-vegetarian, they do cater to vegetarians as well. They have 3 specific entrees, and while I cannot remember them all, I know one is 2 tostadas with refried beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, lettuce, cheese and sour cream. I personally don't eat cheese or milk products so I got it without the cheese and sour cream. It tasted very fresh. The other one is enchiladas with veggies inside (again no sour cream or cheese for me) and a side of vegetarian rice and beans. I believe the other dish is fajitas (vegetables). The restaurant is small, but quaint, and there is good service.
