On March 13, I took my GMC to Midas on Northern Lights. The reason for the visit was because the ABS light was on. They said it needed ball joints and other work. I said the ball joints had been replaced three times already. They assured me that they only used top quality parts and they would warrenty them for 12 months/12,000 miles. After less than 1,550 miles and 2 1/2 weeks the ball joints were again bad. They said to bring it back. I did and they said the ball joints were bad. I told them I was not going to put more money into the truck. The manager stood there and never identified himself as the manage. I told them I had to have the truck back by 4 pm. I told him my plan was to sell it for junk. Never did he say that if you sale it they will not stand behind it or refund any of my funds,
The bottom line is I was ripped off for $3,626.97. They did a bad job. Next time I will find a honest repair company.
