I purchased a reconditioned Roybi chain saw several weeks ago. Got around to using it this weekend. After adding fuel and chain oil, tried repeatedly to get it to start. The engine started for perhaps 10 seconds and nothing more.\r

Took it back to Buckner Surplus and the owner refused to take it back. Per him, ""It is Roybi problem"" now. Not the kind of customer service you would expect from a neighborhood hardward store. \r
