I had a coupon from Half-Off Depot. When I arrived, they just took my car and didn't say anything to me. I had to ask where to go and what would happen next (and that was after waiting 15 minutes to talk to the only person who was taking cars). They did an awful job cleaning the interior of my car and barely did anything else. In addition to writing this review, I will also be notifying Half Off Depot about what a rip off this whole thing is!
