Several years after a mistake was made by a mechanic at Champion Ford (who was subsequently fired), another mechanic (different city) noticed the mistake. Champion Ford rectified the situation, even though they could have just made excuses and denied responsibility. Even years after the fact, they sent me the replacement part free of charge AND covered the repair costs related to their error. I was very pleased with their response to this situation and would highly recommend their services. They demonstrated a great deal of integrity.
