After purchasing a groupon and really struggling to get an appointment, I had to call them the morning of my appointment to reschedule due to a sick child at home.  Their answer - they won't honor the full groupon because it's after the expiration date.  Nice, so because my kid is sick, I can't get my deal?  Based on this, and the other negative reviews that I have read, I cannot recommend this business to others.\r
