If you need a new kitchen, this is NOT the place to go. The owner told us that we would have our cabinets by the end of Decemeber or beginning of January, after he received our check by December 5th. Our cabinets did not come in till the second week in February! We actually ended up calling the cabinet company directly and they told us that there was NO WAY he had placed the order when he received the check because the turn around was definitely 4-6 weeks. The owner kept jerking us around every time we would call and ask the status. Eventually, when we asked for a discount, he got really nasty with us and then refused to do the work (installing the cabinets), which turned out to be a God sent that he did. The contractor that did install our cabinets said that the way The Custom Spot had planned on doing things was just wrong, and the cheapest and poorest quality work!
Although the cabinets we received were nice, working with The Custom Spot was a NIGHTMARE!!! The customer service was terrible and the owner is just down right rude!! If you want a kitchen that is installed correctly and in a timely manner, please go somewhere else!
