Disappointed by the service department for the last time today, we will never do any business with you in the future. Time and time again we have been misled, taken advantage of and had to wait for extended lengths of time for service. Feel like the only business being catered to is sales. Not today we are DONE, assistant service manager told me one thing and then when we arrived would not honor our coupon/agreed price for major service.
