Because the part for the job was a special order, Jason made sure I was aware of the timing it would take. He also called me when the part got ordered, shipped and ready to be installed. Amazing.
The overall labor to complete the installation was no joke, and it turned out to require additional components that were not initially part of the estimate. Jason did not charge me one dime for that. I would say one of the few real honest people out there..
