Called them yesterday morning to see what's wrong with my computer. The guy on the phone listened to all of my questions and suggested what was the problem. He was very friendly, explained he was busy but could squeeze me in sometime during the day. Amazingly fast and friendly service and they definitely know their stuff! Will come back again.
