Food here is usually good but on this visit waited much longer than usual and finally got a cold sandwhich. Keep in mind this was during an ""off time"" so there were more employees in the store than customers. I brought my concerns to the manager & she refunded my meal & basically told me how she runs her business has worked ""for the last 11 years"" so she won't be changing anything now...horrible customer service skills-needless to say I will be calling corp HQ to see if this is how they like customer concerns handled.
