Sorry to hear that other brides had such a bad experience. I love B&F and was happy to recommend them. I went multiple times to look for a gown and each consultant was wonderful. I ended up getting 2 dresses (ceremony and reception) for the cost of 1 dress. They were wonderful about working with my budget. I always worked with the same consultant in the bridesmaids department who was so helpful and loved her. I was there so often (I'm hugely indecisive and a push over) that he expected me to show up. Once I took a break and didn't go for a few months and came back to find that she was gone, I was truly upset. I ended up going elsewhere for their dresses. Wonderful girls though. No complaints!
