My housekeeper disappeared about a month ago with no notice and hasn't answered her phone so in desperation I called We Clean America because I had received a coupon in the mail. I called them on Friday and arranged to have 2 cleaners come on Monday. They came today and although they were half an hour late, it didn't upset my day. I showed them as they were cleaning what I wanted done and they agreed in a way as if I was crazy to think I needed to tell them this. They did a great job. My house was pretty dirty and very dusty. There was 2 ladies, one English speaking, the other barely spoke so I think she may not have spoke English. The supervisor came by and gave the place the white glove test and asked me about things they did or didn't do. She said they are supposed to clean 3 windows. I knew they cleaned the slider and she said that is two windows. I told her I didn't notice if they cleaned any other windows. She asked if they cleaned the refrigerator and I looked and said no so she told them to do that. They spoke in Spanish and relayed to her that they had been there 2.5 hours. She relayed to me that they are supposed to be there 2 hours or 2.25 hours so they needed to go soon. I told her I would rather have the fridge cleaned rather than the 3rd bath that we never use so they cleaned the fridge. The cleaner told me she had already cleaned that bathroom except for the shower. I was very pleased with their work and requested the same crew for next time. I hope I stay as happy with them as I was today.
