Horrible, receiving 1MBPS from a 15MBPS package. They disable SSID settings, port settings, security settings, firewall settings, etc. you can't access YOUR OWN router settings. Ridiculous. I can't wait for Verizon FiOS to begin working in the Poconos areas so the Blue Ridge monopoly can become obsolete and declare bankruptcy. I've even emailed their customer support and haven't received a reply in 2 weeks. Most positive reviews are written by Blue Ridge staff.
