Ordered from this place tonight. They completely got my order wrong. It happens, so I didn't make a big deal..I just called and told the guy that my order was wrong and to send the right order and that I would give the wrong order back to delivery guy (I live very close by). The guy said there was ""NO WAY"" they got the order wrong and said the only way he would do anything is if I personally went back there and showed it to him myself. So I did. Who the hell makes someone come to the restaurant to ""prove"" they made a mistake.
Anyway, I went and showed the Manager my order. Then he continues to tell me that somehow I was mistaken about what I ordered. Unbelievable. So after arguing with me for 5 minutes, he conceded and gave me my money back. No apology .. no attempt to correct my order. So after everything, I walked out of there, hungry as hell, with no food and only the money that I had given earlier.
That's what you call customer service, folks! Needless to say, I'm never going there again.
If you read other reviews on other websites, you'll see that half the people that go here received horrible service as well.
