I have been receiving vein treatment from Dr.Kass and Bonnie for the last 4 years. Going back to the 2008, I decided to have something done to my legs. I had bulging veins for years, especially around my knees. I checked out two other clinics before I picked Kass Clinic. I'm very particular about people explaining things to me. I immediately felt that Dr Kass did an excellent job explaining the procedures to me. I was shown pictures of his work and he took the time to tell me how long this would all take. We also discussed insurance coverage and that these procedures would probably not be covered. They said they would still go ahead and submit the paperwork and see if anything would be covered. My second appointment was the first of four ambulatory phlebotomy's that I had done all of which went very well. The outcome was what I have been waiting for. With the all four of the phlebotomy treatments, each step of the process was thoroughly explained to me. I continue to come back once a year to have sclerotheraphy treatments with Bonnie. She always takes the time to catch up with me and find out if I have any new concerns. I will continue to pass the good experiences along with all I know. I would say if your thinking about vein treatment, make an appointment, stop in to meet the staff.
