This company is a saint! I read all of these complaints and wonder ""what are you tinking?"". Why do people place these insane expectations on this service provider? Try calling your cable company and asking for a discount because you didn't watch all the channels last week. Try calling your internet provider and ask for faster speeds and better connectivity for a lower price. Try going to the post office with a parcel that is incorrectly packaged and tell them they need to take it no matter what.All of these companies would laugh at you. People would never consider doing these things, but they do similar things to Deffenbaugh. People need to view and appreciate deffenbaugh as a quality service provider, not your indentured servant.
