I have recently been reading the reviews about Adels International Karate - Oceanside NY and have been very disappointed to read there was some negativity. My son has been going to Adels for over 3 years. A former student of martial arts and now back into it as an adult, I wanted to find a school that focuses on tradition, strong teaching, honor, character, mentoring, discipline and overall family friendly. I had searched for a long time and decided to enroll my son. This school has brought so much to my son and his development. Sensei Adel treats every student, parent and teacher as family. He is honest, honorable and an overall excellent instructor. I was so impressed with my son's progress that I personally enrolled and have been going for almost 2 years. Sensei Adel is always looking for way to improve the experience and teaching of his students. I couldn't see myself training anywhere else.
