I have lived at Twin Pines Mobile Home Park for a number of years and have never had any problems with the management or with getting any repairs done at my space. There is another mobile home park just down the street that is run by the same management company and it appears to be kept clean and in good repair just like our park. I have had the misfortune of being late with my rent a few times over the years and they definitely will serve you with a notice to pay or move out when you?re late, but luckily those few times that I got behind I was able to pay the rent within a week or so and they didn?t file anything with the court or against my credit rating. Overall I have been very happy living here
