The manager has been very helpful and responsive for the last two years that we've lived here. Even the smallest problems have been handled promptly and given me whatever help I needed. It is by far the best rental experience I've ever had. I would stay here forever if I could. The manager has been a dream and everyone in the office has been wonderful. A friend, also rents through Hawkeye Asset and has nothing but good things to say.
