First time I ever walked in I thought this was a cool NY landmark kind of shop. Now I have to agree with the rest of the negative reviews... run. I had a personal dispute with them about a $50 deposit for a watch. They did nothing they said they were going to do as far as contact me about the watch. I pity anyone who is having issues of a more substantial amount. For anyone who doubts look at their BBB record. Don't worry about customer service, there is none. This place is run by folks looking to hustle any one who walks in there. It goes beyond unethical to down right illegal. Don't worry though they'll love to show you the pictures of celebrities that have walked in there.
