The team I am on at my company, had Baja's Tacos and Catering cater our outdoor team meeting. We had it buffet style, and the food was wonderfully fresh, and extremely tasty!
The handmade tortillas were warm and light, the carne asada, and pollo was grilled to perfection, pico was chunky and fresh not a sodden mess. The guacamole was creamy spicy goodness!
The team that delivered was on time, helpful, excited to be there and looking forward to helping in any way. Sometimes catering companies tend to act 'burdened' by serving their customers but I was really impressed how personable the team was to all of us, not just the managers.
