I was treated like I would expect at a higher end store. The staff was halpful and assisted me in whatever I needed. They weren't too pushy, but they were willing to answer my questions. When I picked my two frames. I was happy to learn that the prices were about $150 for 2 pairs being able to turn dark in sunlight. I came back a month later because I noticed that they were tight around the ears. They gladly fixed them, and even cleaned them at no cost, no questions asked! This company is very customer friendly, at the right price.
