This is the Zappos of the real world. Talk about going the extra mile for a customer. The staff at the store & the warehouse ALWAYS try to help the customer. The selection is better than most stores and the company knows that what sets them apart from major chain stores is the individualized customer care. As for the customers who complain about how long it takes to get their order in; trust me when I say, the baby will not be traumatized if it's not sleeping in a European crib! It takes time and maybe allowing for said time is what's needed.
