This PM company is terrible. We loved the apartment the first few months (in summer) but as october came around mold popped up on every single window. PM company told me it was my responsibility to avoid the mold and that I could be charged for damages caused by it. This was outrageous, we had just moved in! The seal on the refrigerator was broken as well, after three months of different 'technicians' stopping by and doing nothing, my PM guy told us that nothing could or would be done about it. WHAT? We have a leak in the roof of the bedroom that has not been addressed so there are dirty water stains running down the wall. Watch out when you check these places out, the layer upon layer of wallpaper that has been painted over surely houses more disgusting mold. Right now our basement is flooded. We called 2 1/2 days ago about this, they won't be sending someone until tomorrow. They told us not to use the kitchen sink, which is dumping water into the basement. We asked if we could have a rent reduction for the days that we weren't able to utilize the apartment fully and the person on the phone laughed, yes laughed, at us and told us we would get nothing. They were very rude and again, not helpful. Our rent was raised by 25.00 last month after being here for 7 months, you think they would put some of that over-inflated rate to good use on the apartments. In addition the shared dryer (1 for entire complex) doesn't dry, and the washer just floods out on the floor of the laundry room.
DO NOT RENT from them. Rude, unreliable, unhealthy.
