I have not done a challenge yet, but I will be joining the next one on April 22nd! I am absolutely amazed with all of the results this place has produced for so many people! I know many people who have transformed their bodies in just 8 weeks with this challenge! I've been going to Seung-Ni, on Weiss, for a short period of time now and I love it! The instructors are always on top of their game.. Nothing feels better than going into a class with a completely in-shape instructor with a lot of energy! It's great motivation! The hour long classes fly by because they are so much fun! The music is always great, it's a non-judgemental atmosphere and VERY clean.. always! I am very much looking forward to starting this challenge and allowing it to change my life as it has for so many others! Seung-Ni is at the top of my list!
