We recently purchased a bike from Seashore Bike and Fitness and found the casual attitude towards customer service frustrating. There was a problem with the bike and the owner refused to return calls or help . We had to resolve the issue directly with the manufacturer. If you want a self service shop go there. If you want a professional experience go to another shop!
