I had my procedure six months ago. The recovery was horrible. I was told that most people go back to work in a day or two and that there would be some mild bruising. I would barely walk for a week and I was bruised from my knees to my ribs. I had my legs, hips and lower stomach done, but after six months I only saw results in my hips. When I went in for my six month check-up I told the doctor that I was not happy with the results. His reply was ""I think I did a good job and if you would lose twenty pounds you would be happy with your body"". Needless to say I would not recommend sono bello to anyone. I just payed $6000.00 to have the doctor call me fat.
