I have a short-haired mixed lab. We took him to this place for his first grooming last Saturday. I picked him up and when I got home is when I really looked at him. They literally cut off all his hair, I was never asked how short would you like it, plus they nicked him. Messed up his lower head neck area. Finally last night I spent the evening at the Vet ER. He broke out in hives/rash all over his body. He's an inside dog, this has never happened to him. Dr. said looks like an alergic reaction to what ever stuff they washed him with or put on him. If you love your pet....do NOT go there.
