I should've have researched this place on yelp before I came to this place! I had a coupon for $15 off a smog check. The guy at the front said with the coupon the service would cost me 44$ ""plus tax"" instead of $60. When it was time to pay, all he said was "" cash or debit?"" and never informed me of the total price. I assumed I was only paying $44 plus tax for the service, but when I got home n looked at the receipt the man charged me $58!!!!! Wth?!?!?!???!!! He added $10 for a certificate fee and ETC fee!!! He never informed me that there were additional charges !!!
This place would rather cheat their customers $15 and not honor their coupon than keep customers happy. I know it's only $15 dollars but the fact that the man never communicated the other charges and he deceived me into thinking I'm only paying ""$44 plus tax"" upsets me.
There's other places in the valley where they offer the same service and you'll only be paying $35-40 out the door peeps. I'm never coming back to this place!
