Mercury cab is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! When i called they had some ghetto woman answering the phone with a HELLO, I had to ask where I had just called because she answered like she was at home! She was very rude and had no kind of professional mannar about herself. I told them that I had an 11 O'clock appointment and they are right around the corner from where I live but, they picked me up an hour after my appointment time passed! That was not the first time I've had to deal with their untimeliness, but it will be the last. Everytime I ride with them I'm late!! They have thugs driving the cabs and people doing drug transactions out side of the building. Also some of the vehicles smell like marijuana! I wouldn't recommend this cab company to anyone!!!!!
