Ok, let's be honest: Sears is Sears. But I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that they do more than just change oil and swap tires. Truth be told, their CSAs (Customer Service Associates, as they're known) are a bit on the dim side and do their best to sell you services, but most of the time they're maintenance services that you actually do need. They could have more associates in the front, as there is almost always a wait, but when you consider that they have the lowest price for automotive labor in town ($85/hr as opposed to at least $100), it's a pretty darn good deal. In addition, Jose, their main guy in the back, is a font of knowledge and a pretty nice guy to boot.
