I needed a plumber to fix an existing problem. I called Roto Rooter and spoke with a very kind woman. I made the appointment for the next morning. Tom came out early. He was respectful, kind and professional. He fixed the problem without hesitation. I had him look over the other bathroom for additional problems. He worked very hard and knew his job well. I would recommend Tom/Roto Rooter to anyone that needs a plumber. I am pleased and satisfied with the job that was done.
