This is my second month of using the fresh diet. I enjoy the anticipation of what I will be eating for the day. I am also on the my-choice plan and I love to pick my meals a week at a time so that I do not have the same thing every day. Lastly, I am only planning meals for myself and I would have a difficult time getting the wonderful variety that shows up on my doorstep every day. I love the food and the convenience and the fact that I am losing weight makes the fresh diet a triple home run!
