When I first started with the Fresh Diet, I was worried I would be too hungry, but the variety and balance of the meals makes me feel pretty satisfied. There are a few dishes that I'm even feeling a little addicted to, I love the cheesecake! I feel good, have good energy, and although I wouldn't say the pounds are melting off, I am losing some weight slowly without feeling deprived.
