I have been receiving meals from the Fresh Diet for over a month now. I could not be happier! The food is incredible, truly gourmet! I had my doubts that it would really taste fresh but after all of the meals I have tried, I have absolutely no complaints, only compliments for the chef. The food is delivered each night without fail and the best part is that if you have other plans to eat out, you just skip that day and use it later; you have complete control and flexibility over your meals. There are plenty of choices for each meal and snack and it is really fun trying new dishes! I am so happy to have healthy portion controlled meals at the ready. I would highly recommend the Fresh Diet.
