As she was working on me I said, "this feels like assisted yoga" and Amy confirmed that Thai massage is actually called assisted yoga! I loved it. I enjoy yoga and it was really fun to have someone helping me stretch without me having to do any work! The massage area in her house is very clean and nice. I would recommend her to anyone.
