Im in the military stationed overseas trying to plan a wedding with Bishops. The staff was very unhelpful in even the smallest task of giving a price quote after 3 months of emails. After contacting the Better Business Bureau Bishops was very quick to respond via email. Not to fix the problems or even apologize for the dismissive nature of Bishops staff, but to simply say I will not ask my wedding staff to meet with you. I would stray far away from Bishops due to HUGE lack in customer service. Also Bishops appears to be a very MILITARY UNFRIENDLY business.
