The "Tech" or staff member in the pharmacy did not speak fluent english and each and every step of my needs took 10x longer than should have. I was also put on hold 4 times. Finally I asked for the pharmacist who did not seem to have time for anyone (which may have been true) and was very gruff and abrupt when a few extra minutes would go a long way. I will certainly take my business elsewhere when this refill is done. And it's over $30,000 a year business! more
