We visited Dick Van Dyke to purchase a side-by-side refrigerator. We did not want anything fancy, but we wanted something of good quality. The salesman, Russ, showed us our options and was honest about each manufacturer. He did not push us to buy anything beyond our needs.
The delivery persons were very professional, polite, and thorough in installation, inspection, and explanation. I was happy with the care they took when removing my old appliance and bringing in the new one. Previous delivery persons have damaged my walls and flooring.
I would recommend Dick Van Dyke to friends and family in an instant; other local stores claim to have great service, but thus far, Dick Van Dyke is the only one that has proven that the service that is advertised is actually what you get.
