I spoke with Rich about my transfer case. He gave me several options of what could be done to fix it. In a few days after bringing it in the transfer case was replaced but they notice several other problems with my front driver side wheel. He contacted me with the problem, and an estimate. So while it was there I had him fix it. After driving my truck for a few weeks now I am very satisfied with the work done.
