I have been trying to get some weight off with no success and once I hit 40 it became even harder!! I was getting depressed and really self concious.. Even though people said I was still very beautiful. At 5'10 I can hide weight pretty well but I still wasn't getting into my clothes was too tight and barely fit and most of all I looked bad in my jeans! I was referred by a friend of mine to try Howe Medical Weight Clinic and so I did. I am in m friends wedding in a few months and I wanted to look like I use to the last time my friend saw me (almost two years ago).. I started this two 1/2 weeks ago and I am following it to the book with the food requiredments, water etc...! (this is how diets really work if you do what they tell you) I am also taking the appetite suppressant and getting VitaminB12 shots and the Lipo-B shots I was going 100% with this program!! By the next day I had so much more energy and amazing enough I felt motivated to do things that I have usually been lazy about!! I HAVE IN THE 2 1/2 WEEKS LOST 10 lbs ALREADY!! WOOO HOOO!! I have 20 more to go to get to my goal weight!! People are noticing already and saying what are you doing and I tell them.. like I am telling you!! THIS WORKS!! But REMEMBER Don't do this unless you truly want to stick to a diet or should I say healthy eating life change!! ONLY YOU CAN DO THIS NO ONE CAN MAKE YOU CHANGE, YOU HAVE TO TRULY WANT THIS!! IT IS WORTH THE $$$ I AM LOSING MUCH FASTER THAN I WAS EXPECTING AND FITTING INTO MY CLOTHE AGAIN AND AM GETTING MY SELF ESTEEM BACK!\r
I AM SO HAPPY I LISTENED TO MY FRIEND AND LOOK FOWARD TO LOSING ALL THIS WEIGHT AND GETTING BACK TO ME! :)\r
