Horrible service... I went there to return some packages a few days ago. After standing at the counter for a few minutes, a noticed a boy standing at the back door smoking. He yelled at me ""do they already have return labels?"" I told him that they did (they were zappos returns) and he replied, ""just leave them there on the counter"". He didn't come up to the counter, didn't offer me a receipt or anything... it looked as though he was the only one there, too. I have a horrible feeling my box is never going to get to zappos, and I won't be getting my money back.
