I have had chronic constipation all my life! I had a colonic about 20 years ago .It was horrible .though I badly needed them many times with my chronic constipation , each time I did I would think of my past experience and say to myself HELL NO ! I'll suffer it out.I I was talking to a friend of mine telling her that it's been close to 2 weeks since I had a B.M. She told me about Healing Waters and that they do it differently and that it is painless .I was like yeah right.Well I was so desperate .I wanted check the place out before I made an appointment .Well first of all it was spotless the staff was very very nice and not pushy.So I thought well I have to try something and if it is painful or to uncomfortable I'll just stop it. MUCH to my surprise it was relaxing not uncomfortable no pain at all ! When it was finished I made an appointment for the next one. Don't be afraid like I was JUST DO IT!.
