The lady I spoke with on the phone was very polite & her customer Service was great. I requested a 30 min call ahead as I have dogs that I need to have inside.
Joshua B called exactly 30 min before he showed up & was very pleasant. Joshua had very good cust sev skills & treated all of the problem areas that I was concerned with.
