Terrible service. I wouldn't want to go there ever again. The food isn't exactly fresh, and the waiters/owner never smile. Not that smile really is the deal breaker. The deal breaker was the owner's abrupt refusal to give me a lid for the tea i wanted to take with me to go. Come on...I ask the guy if he has a 'to-go' cup or a 'lid' for the chai. He instantly with his little bitty broke english and indian accent says 'no go, drink here, no lid, drink here'. I am thinking 'this isn't what customers expect and what the restaurants deliver'. The chai isn't worth $5 that I was ripping him off from. That isn't enough: my friend paid for the food already. The fellow thought we were running away without paying the bill. He walks behind us to see who we walk out with to ensure his $20 aren't running away! \r
Come on...a little customer service would be nice. If you can't do it well, hire some one who can!
