The service technicians have no idea of what they are doing. I spent hundreds on repairs of a high-end dishwasher. They kept telling us we weren't using the right kind of soap...absolutely ridiculous. The same for a high-end clothes dryer--multiple visits, finally replaced it with a new unit, couldn't keep that running. After hundreds more finally had to by another brand. Incompetent and unreliable.
