This Anchorage apartment management is very stingy. They never replace old appliances with new ones. And they built a gym recently. It is so small and crowded and I think they built this gym just because they wanted to increase the price of all apartments. The senior property manager working in the building is not nice at all. Also, it is so hard to get mailed packages in the building because that manager is never there in the office. I strongly discourage people to move into this apartment building. Save your time and money. Also the laundry fee increased more than 50% this year....
