After posting in several locations about our distaste of Nicholson Cleaners and Alterations, they have come through and are following through with their original quote. Nice job Nicholson Cleaners, finally, a business that understands that customers are and word of mouth are ultimately what brings you traffic. Made a promise- Over delivered.

My fiancé showed her dress to the owner at the Bridal show on February 5th, 2012 where she quoted her a $65 alteration. Because of that quote, we spent more money on decorations for our wedding. When she brought the dress to have it altered, the woman who was at the location said she wasn't qualified enough to do the job and said she would have the owner complete the job. After speaking with the owner, she quoted her $200... this is $135 above the original price. We are on a strict budget for our wedding and will absolutely not be using this business for this job or any other dry cleaning/ alteration needs in the future. They may be great at both skill sets, but steer clear if you don't appreciate a business that over promises and under delivers.
